Richard Cunningham - President
Responsibilities include administration, marketing,
QA/QC and project performance.
Mr. Cunningham is a registered professional geologist with
30 years experience in consulting and has spent the last 18
years in the environmental industry in North Texas.
Mr. Cunningham is also a Texas State Registered GeoScientist
(No.271) and registered Corrective Action Project Manager.
Mr. Cunningham's management experience ranges from Project
Manager to Department Manager to Branch Office Manager for
environmental consulting firms in both Houston and Dallas,
Texas.
Mr. Cunningham's field experience includes Phase I Environmental
Site Assessments to subsurface contamination assessment and
remediation projects and VCP/IOP/UST/LUST investigations.
These projects have included drilling/sampling, monitor well
installation the use of geophysical techniques, design and
execution.
Randall Eicher
Mr. Eicher has 18 years of extensive experience performing
and managing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments of all
types of sites including tracts of vacant land up to 1,500
acres, retail developments of all types, multi-family housing
developments, commercial buildings of all types and a wide
variety of industrial operations.
Mr Eicher conducted a RCRA facility investigation of
an ink manufacturing plant located in Tennessee. The investigation
included evaluation of heavy metal and solvent impacts due
to past and ongoing operations, preparation of a work plan
for state approval,
implementing the approved plan and providing recommendations
concerning appropriate
remedial measures.
Mr Eicher also conducted negotiations with state
agencies and obtained prompt approvals of
submittals with minimal comments by the state.
Mr. Eicher played a key role in bringing an east
Texas oil refinery in compliance following issuance
of an NOV by the TNRCC that included initiation of
criminal enforcement proceedings.
Mr. Eicher's responsibilities included taking over
on site environmental management, resolving
NOV items, arranging proper disposal of spill
residues and abandoned waste materials, and
supporting attorney negotiations with the TNRCC.
Mr. Eicher's compliance audit duties have included reviewing
compliance with federal and state
environmental regulations. He is experienced with multi-media
team audits of a variety of industrial
concerns including aerospace manufacturing,
mining, automotive parts fabrication, electroplaters
and miscellaneous hazardous waste generators.
These duties required being able to review pertinent regulations
and develop an understanding of the requirements needed to
achieve compliance.
